Vibe Code Company is a business automation and development company registered in the State of Montana and operated under Schultz Resource Management, PLLC. We provide:

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR INFORMATIONAL AND BUSINESS TOOL PURPOSES.

1. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS: Our automations, tools, templates, and services do not guarantee business success, revenue generation, time savings, or any specific outcome. Results depend entirely on your implementation, business context, technical environment, and execution.

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Success with our products requires proper setup, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance. We provide tools and guidance, but you are solely responsible for how you use them in your business.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, or business consulting advice unless explicitly contracted for professional consulting services.

4. TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY: You are responsible for ensuring our products are compatible with your existing systems, platforms, and technical infrastructure.

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT: Some automations may include or generate AI-powered content. Such content should be reviewed, verified, and edited before business use.

No Refund Policy - Digital Products

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds:

Digital Nature: Our products are digital downloads and files that you receive immediately upon purchase
Instant Access: Once you access, download, or receive our automations, templates, or files, we cannot "take back" that knowledge or prevent redistribution
Intellectual Property Protection: We must protect our digital intellectual property from abuse
Fair Business Practice: Refunds on digital products would allow bad actors to access, copy, and return products without fair compensation

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered ONLY in these circumstances:

Duplicate purchase (you accidentally purchased the same product twice)
Technical error (a processing error resulted in overcharging)
Product not delivered (you were charged but never received access)

These exceptions require proof and must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

Payment Terms

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Current Pricing: $67 one-time payment for Founder's Special lifetime access

Future pricing subject to change with notice to existing customers. All prices in USD.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Schultz Resource Management, PLLC dba Vibe Code Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use Our Products

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Use the purchased automation or product in your own business
Modify the automation for your internal business use
Deploy the automation within your organization

What You CANNOT Do:

Resell, redistribute, or share our automations or products with others
Claim ownership or authorship of our products
Create derivative products for sale based on our products
Reverse engineer our proprietary systems
Share your account access with others

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

1. TOTAL LIABILITY CAP: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

2. NO INDIRECT DAMAGES: We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, data loss, or business interruption.

3. PRODUCTS PROVIDED "AS IS": We make no warranties about compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or specific business results.

4. YOUR IMPLEMENTATION: We are not responsible for how you configure, deploy, or use our products.
